By using the A2 Route bot, Mini App, API or website you agree to these Terms. If you act for a company, you confirm you may bind it.
1. What the service is
A2 Route is an informational screening service. You submit an address or transaction id on a supported screening network (TRON or Ethereum); supported token/network combinations are shown at submission. Base is available for supported service payments, not screening. We match it against third-party risk data and public sanctions lists and return ALLOW, REVIEW or BLOCK with reasons, risk labels, a data-as-of date and, on paid checks, a PDF report with a SHA-256 fingerprint verifiable at a2route.com/verify.
2. What the service is not
- Not advice. Verdicts and reports are not legal, financial, tax or compliance advice and do not replace your own AML programme.
- Not a guarantee. A verdict is a risk indicator built from third-party data and public lists at a point in time. ALLOW does not guarantee that funds or a counterparty are lawful or acceptable to any bank or regulator. REVIEW or BLOCK does not establish an offence. Labels and exposure figures come from providers we do not control; coverage is incomplete and may contain errors.
- Not a financial institution. Screening does not give us custody or control over your transaction funds; we receive only payments for our own service. We do not perform KYC, apply the travel rule or file reports to authorities. Nothing we issue is a regulatory certification.
3. Verdicts, completeness and cache
- Completeness. A check is complete when all required sources responded. It is partial when a provider was unavailable: the verdict is shown as not lower than REVIEW (BLOCK stays BLOCK), marked "partial check" in the response and PDF, with one free re-check within 24 hours. If required sources fail, no verdict is issued and the credit is returned.
- Cache. For free and beta accounts an address result may come from a cache up to 24 hours old (the response says so and shows the data-as-of date). Paid checks always query providers. Transaction results may be cached indefinitely, as on-chain history does not change. A credit is used either way.
- Sanctions lists are refreshed from the sources on the Data sources page; a match is decisive for BLOCK, subject to publication delays.
4. Your responsibilities
You decide whether to accept a payment, pay a counterparty or act otherwise. You are responsible for your regulatory obligations, what you submit, the security of your Telegram account and API keys, and anyone who uses them.
5. Prohibited use
You must not use A2 Route:
- to evade, circumvent or test sanctions or AML controls, including probing whether funds would be detected;
- to structure, launder or disguise the origin of funds;
- if you, your company or its owners are sanctioned or located in a comprehensively sanctioned territory;
- to resell, scrape or bulk-export provider data or verdicts;
- to attack or reverse-engineer the service, or create multiple accounts for free checks.
Accounts used in breach of these rules may be closed without refund.
6. Plans, credits and payment
- Free: one grant per Telegram user; the current number of free address checks is displayed when the grant is issued and may change during promotions. No PDF; results may be cached.
- Pay-per-check and packs: priced per check, PDF included; packs are prepaid in a supported stablecoin and never expire.
- Pro and Business: 30-day periods from payment; the monthly allowance does not roll over. Business checks above the allowance draw on a prepaid balance at the displayed price for that check type; an uncovered check is refused. We never extend credit. Pro monitoring may include periodic re-screening and alerts when enabled; current beta availability and intervals are shown in the product.
- Payment is made in the supported asset and network displayed at checkout, in the exact amount shown and within the order window. Credits are applied after required on-chain confirmations and screening; timing depends on network and review. Wrong network, token or amount is resolved with support before crediting. Incoming payments are themselves screened; a BLOCK verdict means no credit and we contact you.
- Refunds. A check that returned a verdict is delivered and not refundable. Failed checks are not charged. Packs and subscriptions are not refundable except as required by law. Unused Business prepaid balance may be refunded on request, less network fees.
7. Disputes about a verdict
If you believe a verdict is wrong, use Dispute in the bot or contact support with the check id. We review manually within 24 hours. A dispute never changes, overrides or suppresses an issued verdict or report; we do not manually clear addresses. If the error is ours, we offer a free re-check (new check, new report) or return the credit. No money is refunded for disagreement with a verdict.
8. Reports and verification
Reports are issued once and stored immutably. For 24 months from issue, a2route.com/verify confirms whether a fingerprint or report id matches a report we issued and shows only the date, verdict, network and a truncated subject hint — never the full address, transaction id or requester. You may share a report but not alter it or present a partial check as complete.
9. Beta
During beta the service may change, pause or be withdrawn without notice. Beta grants (e.g. a free Pro period) are revocable at any time, carry no service level and end on expiry. Features described as "coming later" are not promised.
10. Intellectual property and data providers
The service, reports, text and design are ours. Risk data comes from third-party providers and public lists under their terms; providers are not party to these Terms and give you no warranty.
11. Warranties and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available"; we disclaim all warranties, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose and uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- our total liability for all claims is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim;
- we are not liable for lost profits, frozen or seized funds, regulatory fines, reputational loss or any indirect or consequential loss;
- we are not liable for decisions you or third parties (banks, exchanges, authorities) make based on a verdict or report, nor for errors or outages of providers, blockchains or Telegram.
Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful use, or use of a verdict or report with third parties.
13. Termination
You may ask support to close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, suspected abuse, legal requirement or discontinuation. Sections 2, 7, 8 and 10–15 survive.
14. Changes
Material changes are announced in the bot and on the site with a new effective date; continued use is acceptance.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok, Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
